Most remodels get split between a designer and a contractor. You end up with two contracts, two schedules, and a lot of finger-pointing. We do it as one job.

PCR is a design-build contractor. Same team from the first walkthrough to the last punch list. One contract. One person to call. We talk through how you live, what you want the house to feel like, and what the budget actually is. Then we handle the design, the material selections, the permits, the schedule, and the build.

That is what we mean by design-build. You are not managing a designer on one side and a crew on the other. We are responsible for the whole thing, start to finish. Turn-key, single source.

We start in the house. Walk the rooms, talk through what stays, what goes, and what you care about most. Then we put a plan and a budget on paper so you can see the whole job before anyone opens a wall.

Interior design is part of that, not something you have to shop for later. Layouts, finishes, fixtures, lighting. We help you choose things that work together and that we can actually build well.

Once the plan is set, our crew builds it. Updates as the job moves, walk-throughs when they matter, and one person you can text if something comes up. We stay on the quality and the workmanship until the details are right, then we hand the house back.
